Can't view my library on phone/desktop. Need to download it? (EDIT: works on mobile app)

Something has changed again.  Can't view my library on the phone and on the desktop, says can't view it in browser, download it to view it?  What the H_ll!  We are going from bad to worse.  

Edit:  Just after posting, the mobile app started working again.

Must have been their server problem...all is back to what it was before.  Still don't like that you have to log out then log in to see new recordings.  What's with that?
