I don't have recording recieved 2 weeks ago on my 4 Arlo camera.i don't have monthly plans but I have cloud recording before

The Pro was sold with free 7-day cloud storage.  Unfortunately, not 2 weeks.

 

Even if you have a subscription with more retention, if the cameras capture footage you need to keep, then you should download it immediately, and not wait.
