No recorded events on Pro camera ever since we installed Pro 4 a week ago?

The 4 older Arlo pro cameras at our weekend home have not recorded any events since we installed 10 Arlo pro 4 smart cameras at our main home one week ago.
The old cameras are online and we can watch live. We typically would get one or two notifications a day (deer, birds and other animals).
How can we get the old cameras to start recording and notifying us again?

Have you checked your active mode for the older cameras? Do all cameras connect via your base or are some on WiFi? A more complete description of your environment could help.

The older cameras at the weekend home are connected through a base station. The new cameras at the main house are connected through WiFi

It is in the same mode as always. I am thinking now, that when we installed the new cameras that automatically gave us a trial subscription, it nullified the old 7 day cloud storage and notification.

WHat mode are you using - Armed or a custom one? If Armed, try creating a custom mode with the cameras and settings you desire as a test. No, a trial sub doesn't get rid of the free 7 day plan.
