SmartHub unable to get Internet connection. Light hub stays blank. Tried factory reset.

My smart hub is not able to get an internet connection. The light on the hub stays blank. I have tried resetting it multiple times. Even did a factory reset. Inspected and tried other ethernet cables. Reset my router as well. I am not having any other internet issues with other devices in the house. I have also Uninstalled and updated the app. Don't know what else to do.

Have you had the base working previously?
If so have you removed all arlo devices from your account including the base station before doing the factory reset?
If not then remove devices, power cycle the base station again and try adding back the base station using the arlo web portal on a pc browser connected to your home network.

It would seem to be an issue with the base's port or circuitry. You would need to contact support if it's still within warranty. If not, a new base would be needed.
