No notifications or recordings since upgrading to Arlo Smart

I've just done the months free trial of the premium service and subsequently taken out the Arlo Smart service on my main camera. Since doing so I've stopped getting any notifications or recordings. The camera is working as I can see the nightlight thing come on when its dark, it just wont notify or record. The other two cameras on the system work fine.

I have done restarts and also removed the camera from being active with smart notifications to no avail. Any help welcome.

Can you try to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices & re add it. Have you attempted this previously?
