I bought an Arlo Pro 4 pack with base station (Model VMS4430) a week ago and 2 of the 4 cameras are working pretty good in terms of appropriate motion detection. My other 2 cameras are not acting right. We will call them Camera A and Camera B.
The issues I have with Camera A:
1) Camera A goes off constantly during night vision (about twice a minute) and will go for hours.
The issues I have with Camera B:
1) Absolutely no motion is being detected anymore. For the first 2 days, it was doing good. With the motion sensitivity on 100% I can walk right up to it and breakdance and it doesnt feel the need to record anything. It is connected to the base station and I can view the live feed with no problem. During the live feed I can access all of the features available, like manual record, snap a picture, brightness level, speech mode, mute and expand screen.
Please advise

I have the same problem with my new Arlo Pro. At first it was ultra sensitive and recorded all the motion and everything was perfect with both cameras. Early on when it mattered the most( I had strangers in my home when I wasn't there) it did not record at all or record audio or still snapshots. I know people were within the viewer and don't understand why it did not record anything. To test it I went up to the camera and moved around . It did get that . What happened to the 20-35 feet distance it caught originally? Seems like a dud. Any advice? Thanks,

from easy to hard;
If there is an issue, the first thing to do is reset the cameras and retest.
If still NG, then power reboot the the base
If still NG, then Remove Device and bring back
If still NG, then do a full reset of the base, bring back camera as new
If you made it this far and still NG, contact Netgear Support and explain what you have tried as a basis for fixing same.

How do you reset the cameras? Remove and replace the batteries?
Thanks.
