app on my macbook pro is no longer working

The Arlo app on my macbook pro is no longer working. The app on my phone works just fine but as I said, it no longer works on my laptop. I have tried rebooting the program as well as my computer and the results are the same. It shows all 5 cameras but I have no control over them. Any suggestions?

Since the Arlo system is working fine on your phone, it's not the system....

 

Most common issue is the use of Flash..

 

In your case, I would reboot the computer, make sure all is running fine and try another browser ( new install ) like Fire Fox or Chrome , this also fixes many issues
