Just opened a 4-pack of Ultra 2 cameras.  One of the four does not have a battery release button.  Do I need to return, or can Arlo send one?  Tried chat, but it said I wasn't eligible for support.  Not impressed!

Is it damaged?  Or does the kit perhaps include a total security mount?

It does include a security mount.  Directions didn't say it would be different for that.  How does the battery release work for cameras with a safety mount?

Got it.  Thank you!
