Had an issue over the weekend. Referenced the library and could see and hear all the activity. Downloaded the video clips for the police and there was no audio on them. Checked and all cameras have microphone turned on. Any thoughts?

What prgm did you use to play back d/l vids.... one of the better ones ( free ) is VLC

allows frame by frame,, slow motion, snapshots, and audio

Thanks but used VLC, Magix, Premiere and Windows Media.  Audio track wasn't on any of them.

Were you able to check the metadata info ?  audio listed?

 

I would report the issue to Arlo support... first I've heard of it.

AGreed. If the library has audio, so do the downloaded videos since they're the same thing. My first guess is audio turned down or muted or something in the computer not working right. If you use a different computer (use a thumb drive to transfer if needed) do they work tehn?

New member.... I have the same problem with my Arlo Pro2 system. Additionally, the files that come down on the Alarm Emails will not play on my Samsung Android phone, but will play if I download into my phone's filesystem - but still with no Audio... any thoughts?

Do you have this problem when you're trying to play the video through your computer?

Hi JessicaP, when viewing files in Cloud via my MS Surface tablet there is no problem when listening to audio or viewing video within the library files. Regards Arrjaydee.

Have you tried reinstalling the app from your Android phone to see if that helps? And have you tested on other phone/tablet devices (if you have any)?
