Hello,

I had a pro account for cloud storage for my arlo. I have emails from arlo about the registration and all of the verification numbers. I no longer have that email active (but it should forward to my new email) and when I go to reset my password to the account in arlo, it says “no account found”. I can not access any of the information or the saved videos. When I go to try and speak with a representative in chat it says that I “do not have the privilege of speaking to live support”? Are you serious? How do I fix this? I paid hundreds of dollars for the system and for the pro services, so how am I not “privileged”?

Free phone and live chat support from arlo ended mid last year.
You’re only entitled to the above support if the devices are under warranty or within 3 months of receipt purchase date or you have a current subscription plan.

The email you use for your account access is the user name so you should be able to login from your mobile device if arlo app is still functioning. From there you can update your account details.
If you’re trying to access the arlo web portal using a pc browser then your likely unable to get in due to 2FA restrictions if you’re old email has been discontinued.
You could PM a moderator here on the forum and state your case for a account change, else sign up for a subscription to entitle you to use the arlo product again.
