Library quit saving on 12/26. Tried resetting base.

Our library quit saving on 12/26
We’ve read all the tips and cannot get it working. Firmware of base is 1.17.0.0
All cameras work fine, just nothing saved. We are not trying to save locally.
We’ve tried resetting base. No help.

Can you make a manual recording when livestreaming?  If you can, do you then see it in the library?
