Since the last firmware update, my motion detection has not been working at night. It worked well before the update. I added the motion zones and increased the sensitivity, but still no luck. Any suggestions.

Is the camera armed at night? Check your active mode and verify that a rule for the cameraa exists. The motion icon in the Devices tab for the camera should be black, not gray, at night. Have you tried tripping a recording yourself to see if the LEDs turn on for night vision?

They are armed and all of the settings are correct. They work fine when the sun comes up, but not when it is dark

Did you try causing a recording by walking across the camera FOV as I asked before? Do the LEDs light up with a dull red glow?

I have tried and the infrared lights do not activate.

Itn may be a hardware issue. If rebooting the base and removing and resyncing the camera doesn't help, open a case with support:
