I've norticed this a few times at night. It is a little foggy tonight and about 40degrees F (a little warm this time of year in NE). All 3 of my cameras are seeing what looks like bugs swarming my cameras? Any thoughts / ideas about this?

Those videos are wild. Have you taken any of the cameras inside and out them in a semi-dark room to see if the problem happens there too?

I get this and it's often water droplets in the wind. It tends to happen when it's foggy or raining heavily.
I do always wonder if insects are drawn to the 850nm IR illuminators but from what I've read, they're not

It's the IR illuminator light at 850nm that is reflecting off the water droplets. You don't see it when you turn off night vision because the illuminators are deactivated and the ambient light will just pass through the droplets. I don't think it's related to the RainX. It doesn't occur on a clear, fine, night does it?

The two times it happened, both were soggy damp nights. Last night was the worse I had seen it though. Is there a setting or change that can be made or is it something that just happens on occaision? I am surprised that this is not more of an issue that has been seen by others.

I have the same problem. I am questioning whether these are bugs or dust flying in teh air. Either thing is a concern. I can't imagine that is the camera doing it, since I can clearly see something flying.

Yours appears particularly severe, especially the last one. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do. It's not a result of a faulty camera and I'd say any camera with IR illuminators in the same location would likely have exactly the same result

I have the same issue, it was only on two of my camera's but now it has started on a third camera. I live in Australia and we are having a run of warm weather. Each time this has happened there hasn't been any rain, fog or mist to affect the camera. Two of my four ( just added a fifth yesterday) were constantly recording night vision this way, one of the two would become clear about half way through recording. I am having trouble with my internet speed at the moment and am unable to share any video. I think my issue is dust / dirt being blown by the wind, I live in a rural area on a hill and it is very dry here atm. It doesn't happen all the time and when it does it's different camera's and different times of the night / early morning.
