I just got a set of four Arlo Pro cameras. None of them will charge. Is it really possible that the charger and/or cable are bad? They are at 80% so I can start using them, but this does not give me faith that something as basic as the hardware needed to charge them doesn't work, and I already have to start messing with customer support.

Is this common? Have I gotten myself into a tech support nightmare with these things? There were a high number of negative reviews on Amazon...

I found the problem. The slide-on plug hadn’t snapped all the way into position. Thanks.

Will assume you are using the ORIGINAL ac adapter and cable....

Since it's all 4, it seems that the adapter may be the issue.... can you check it on a phone to see if it charges same.

If NG, you have an option to return or contact Arlo support for warranty.
