My arlo camera stopped working after one month. Did not receive replacement from Arlo yet.

Arlo was supposed to send me a replacement and it's been several weeks and I still have not received it. I checked the tracking number I was given with fed ex and they have nothing. How do i get them to send me the replacement camera? Do I have to call better business bureau or FCC to get the ball rolling? I'm paying my.monthly fee for services I'm not receiving.
