Max of 5 camera streams ERROR MESSAGE - but I only have 4 cameras

One of my cameras is giving me an error message: "Maximum of 5 camera streams are supported simulataneously.  Please stop one stream before starting another camera stream."  I only have 4 cameras total.   I am not currently at the property and rely on the cameras for security.   Any suggestions what I can do off site?   Thanks in advance.

I haven't run into this myself but this question pops up occasionally. I would try rebooting the base, force closing the app and reopen as well as trying a computer browser.
