Login problem with new Arlo App

I installed the new Arlo Pro App as requested and each time I am notified of motion and I want to view activity on the devices, the app now requires that I login.  The previous version did not require a login each time I wanted to view the video.   This is very concerning since it requires a time delay to see who is approaching or what is actually happening.  Is there a fix for this?

Yes, I contacted support several days ago and have not yet received a response.
