Same issue i have seen in the past discussions but haven't seen a resolution so going to try again. Setup a new Netgear Router (using Wifi 6) and it registers traffic from VMB4000 but within App it shows that "Your device is not connected" on all 3 cameras. Any ideas?

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried a power cycle of the router and base, in that order? Have you tried both the app and the web client?

The light on the far right is orange. Yes, i have power cycled in the order you prescribed below. The issue is both in the web and app client.

The Camera LED being amber means the base needs to be claimed. Use the Add New Device button to claim it again and see if all works. If not, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
