I updated my app and now when I launch the app, I get a blue screen. I have re- installed the app, rebooted my base station and deleted app in settings. Any help?

Hi All,
the same happens to me.
I have #3 arlo pro cameras + ARLO Pro VMS4330 base station.
the Base station was inaccessible
From the app wasn't possible to access live videos
So I've Updated the app on the iPhone 13, re-done the setup from scratch
adding the base station and then the 3 cameras but at the moment cameras are non accessible. I CAN'T SEE LIVE IMAGES.
ANY HELP ?

I received a message from Arlo to send my contact info, but nothing. That was last Saturday
the product is excellent and works well for me. Through no fault of my own it is useless to me due to the app update. I wish the Arlo team would reach out with a fix!

Third time this was asked - what device (e.g. phone) are you using? what version of Android or iOS is it running?
