With the new iOS mobile app, and using the same signin credentials that I use for the Web or the Arlo Legacy app, I can no longer see/configure the mode for my base station, I get the following error:

Access rights are required to view your shared devices Modes status.  Request permission from your device admin.

Are you using the main account?  Or are you using a "friend" account that has been granted access?

My main concern is that by Sept 30 I will no longer be able to control the mode.  I haven never found a way to do it through the web interface (probably my lack of coffee).

It's right there in plain sight...

Not when I navigate to it:

Regardless, this still does not solve the original problem that I had with the new app however

Are the cameras Arlo Q?  Or do you have cameras with a base station?

(It would be odd if they were Qs, since there is a battery indication... )

Also, what browser are you using?

Cameras with a base station.

I have tried both a Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.

This is probably related to the app issue (mode isn't available on either).

Are you using the primary account for the devices?  The error message from the app would make sense if you are using a "friend" account with granted access.  It would mean that the granted access didn't include the base station itself for some reason.
