New Base Station - 2nd account wont find
I have two arlo base stations connected to one account. It is fine in my phone but the wife cannot detect the second base station and cameras. I went into settings and granted her permission. The camera shows to grant permissions but the base station that the camera is connected to is not. How do I get her access to the second base station and camera.

Have you tried to remove her & re-add the granted access? Does it help if you use the web portal vs the app?
