Where is Arlo support? This new app is not finding my account, I'm in another state away from my Arlo system. I've tired THREE times to sign in for Live Chat

"Live chat is NOT AVAILABLE" is the message every time no matter what time, after filling in the forms and signing in. I've called, it honestly goes nowhere. The line goes dead. Does this company even exist? How do I get the app to recognize my account? I'm at my wits end. Can't believe a company operates like this.
