New Arlo Pro, I cannot get any of the three cameras to sync.

Hi, 

 

I've got a new Arlo Pro system (base station + 3 cameras) and whilst the base station is set up OK, I cannot get any of the three cameras to sync.  I've tried countless times, resetting both base station and cameras.  

 

I've dropped Netgear two emails without a response (through the Customer Support site) and their telephone number doesn't show up for me after I select the country dropdown - I've tried iphone, Mac and PC, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.  Tearing my hair out!!  I've messaged them on Facebook too, no response.

 

Does anyone know what the UK customer support number is so I can call them?

Not to be silly, but are you doing a QUICK push on the base sync button then a sec or two the camera... most common fault is holding down the base button to long ( like some directions say )
