So the new Arlo app seems to be a bit buggy now and lags, but the big problem now is that after the 30-day trial expires, you can buy a subscription, and they are not cheap, or you can keep the free one, but you no longer have the cloud for recording I have the VMB4000 base that has a USB where I can plug an external in and record but then I have to eject it to view the recordings. How convenient! Thanks Arlo, I'm not paying for a subscription for an app that does not work great at all. I paid $500.00 when this camera came out and was told you will have the 7 day cloud for free. But now not.. . So either you upgrade and give Arlo more money or go buy a different brand, which I will be doing. Arlo ruined a good thing.

You should still have that if you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed (legacy) cameras in your account.
If it has stopped, you could try removing one camera from the account and then add it back. (Just one, not all).

This is also happening to me! All of a sudden a couple of weeks later, all of my cameras went offline.

I have 4 gen 1 pro. A couple of weeks ago, after the app update, all of the cameras and the hub went offline. I've reset the router and also tried removing and re-adding a camera, but there is no option (model in the list) to let me add it back in.

Where are you and where did you create your account? Not all regions can add (newer) cameras.

Pro and Pro 2 are both listed in the "Pro Series" section.
If you aren't sure what you have, then open the housing and remove the battery. There is a label there.

VMC 4030. Just tried again and was able to select the Pro but then got the base as offline still and it won't go back online even with a router and modem reset.
