Your Case Number Is: 27851335

New ARLO pro 4 camera setup. Been working fine for 7 days. Cameras were fully charged and were not reporting low battery.

Attempted restarting ARLO base station several times.

Cameras will no longer connect.

Other remotes NEST and HUE still appear to be functional.

Go into the arlo app and remove all of the cameras. Reset the base. Reset all of the cameras with a battery pull. Try add the cameras again

If you reset the base, you'll have to start fresh, removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base back in, followed by syncing the cameras.  You can try power cycling the base, open and close battery doors, removing just the cameras and resyncing so you don't lose any customizations.

No reset. JUst attempted restarts.

What do you mean by "receiving the camera"? Are you having trouble syncing? What is the LED behavior on the base and the camera when attempting to sync? Please give more details about the issue you are experiencing?
