Anyone know how to go about purchasing or finding the plastic housing for an arlo pro camera.

You'd have to buy a used/broken one for parts. Like most electronic devices today, you're very limited in how to repair things yourself. What about wiping some clear silicone rubber sealant over the crack(s)?
