Not even sure of my base station model, but have read other discussions concerning what NTGR_VMB is and what it does, but I have a different question.

Is there a way to pause this network while we are at home?  I have a Ubiquiti UDM-Pro Router.  One of the screens provides me with "WiFi Channel Interference".  I am not sure about this, but the Arlo NTGR network is the highest running network in my system by 3 times the dBm.  I would image that anything this high could and would hinder other WiFi activities through out the house.

I will be checking with Ubiquiti about this as well, but decided to start with Arlo.

No.  The closest you can come to that is power down the base station(s).  I don't recommend that, as the cameras will begin looking for the base(s), which will drain their batteries very quickly.

Of course it is - the base station is in your home (likely right next to a Ubiquiti router).

However, the amount of interference that results is in part related to the amount of bandwidth used by the Arlo system.  Generally it isn't doing very much, so there shouldn't be much if any actual interference.  Are you seeing any signs of poor performance either with the Arlo system or the Ubiquiti network?

BTW, the Arlo system only uses 2.4 gHz.  Most wifi clients today can also use 5 gHz.  So shifting as many of your home devices as you can to 5 gHz is a reasonable strategy.
