Camera disconnected and flashes blue and yellow lights

A few days ago when checking my cameras one of them was offline. When I checked the camera I thought it was the battery so I changed it but it still didn't connect. The light it has was also flashing blue the yellow. I tried resyncing it but that did not work also. Is it broken do I need to replace it?

The flashing blue/amber usually means a firmware update is occurring. Since it's been going on for a while now, remove and reinsert the battery to see what happens (you usually don't want to do this during an update but after ~15 minutes it's safe to do). Did that help? If not you may need to contact support (Settings, Support) if it's still under warranty.

Tried the battery trick but nothing changed. Cameras are about five years old.
