My motion alerts have stopped. How do I turn this on again?

Motions alerts just stopped? Why?

a few things to try

1) if your using a shared camera, on the main account goto "settings\Grant Access"
then go into the user with issue, unhighlight the camera, click save, readd it and click save (I think any change and a save will fix as it's the save that is what fixes)

2) it may be the mode setting, goto "mode" then select your base station, go to the 'Armed' option and cick the >
for each cameras do a edit
make sure "Push Notification" checked

3) on phone click the 3 dots in to right corner, goto settings
goto notifications
select a notifications tone if not already selected
