My app says my base station is off line but it’s connected, have re synced cameras ?
Can’t get through to phone support

If  the LEDs on the base are all green, the system is working. Try force closing the app and reopen. It may be worthwhile to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You can also try a browser to see if you get the same response.

I closed app and rebooted phone, still nothing? All lights green?
Everything else is working thru Wifi in house
