My camera is showing offline. It is plugged into an outlet and the battery is not charging. I called arlo and they told me it was no big deal that it was not charging if it was hooked into power. Now the camera is showing offline and won’t come on. The other cameras are all online.

Restart that camera by removing power and the battery for a minute or two and then re-insert the battery.

Also make sure the outlet/charger/cable are all working ok.
