My Camera Is Blinking Amber & Not Hooking Up To My Station

Having problems hooking up to my camera bass my camera keeps doing amber light when I try to hook up to it. And how can I open a case

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you claimed the base first? Have you followed the directions that came with the system and checked the FAQs and videos here?

The best shows that it’s blinking and wants to connect to my camera. But the camera is blinking blue light and five seconds later blinking orange or amber light and turns off
