Where do I start? I followed all the instructions and plug in the base station and connected to my internet. After 5 minutes waiting for firmware to update I was able to get one camera working. I was placing my camera and I wanted to see what the view was from my phone, and my phone said the basestation was offline! It didn’t take more than ten minutes for my basestation to come offline and I checked everything. I even bought a brand new modem for my internet. I disconnected the basestation and plugged it back in and didn’t work. I deleted the basestation of my arlo app and tried to reconnect and it says it can’t find anything!! I have tried everything and this does not work at all. I paid $400 for 10 minutes of use!!!! What the hell!

Good luck getting any supoport from Arlo. Just purchased the Pro 2 and thinking about returning the POS before my return period is up.
