My Arlo Pro Is Not Recording

 We have 4 Arlo Pro cameras.  All are online.  All detect motion and send notices through the app.  One camera, however, does not record any detected motion.  Thoughts?

First check your modes/rules to make sure everything is set up as desired. If you're still experiencing an issue, try rebooting your base station along with the camera (remove and reinsert the battery). Are you still experiencing the same behavior?

I have the same problem. One camera out of 4 does not record. I tried reboot and battery removal and reinstall. No change. Any other solutions?

Have yo tried to remove and re add the camera? Make sure to add your rules back.
