This morning I was unable to view my camera because the screen indicate a firmware update is needed first. I processed to allow it to upgrade and the base bridge has been turnin itself off and on for several hours now.
The base model is VMB3010
The firmware update is from November 10, 2018
1.12.0.1_27940
When I reopen my mobile app, I was greeted again with device needing to update and the machine would go offline afterward. It hasn’t been back yet and it is already 10 hours passes. Please help.

Try rebooting the base. If no go, you may need to reset the system. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the base sync button until the LEDs flash amber. When it reboots to green power and Internet LEDs, claim the base normally and sync the cameras.
