Hello all,
I'm having an issue with my Arlo Pro system. I'm getting notifications as expected however I shared access with my wife on her email address and it is not notifying here when the camera's sense motion. I granted her access because if I didn't we constantly logged each other out of the system. All the settings say she should be getting notifications on her phone but she isn't.

Have you given her access rights?
What phone does she have? If Android based, have you turned off app optimization for the Arlo app?
