How do I move a shared device to "my device"? Do I have to reconfigure it. I think this happened because they are different models...

If you are wanting to shift a shared device, then you need to remove it from the original account it was onboarded to, and then add it to the desired account. You will need to set it up again, and any cloud recordings will disappear when you remove it from the account.
If you are trying to "unshare" a device that you shared with someone else, then you deselect it using the procedure here:
