My Arlo Pro is not detecting motion or sending alerts. I've tried to adjust the Motion Detection settings but I cannot get the  yellow light on the camera? The camera is working because I can view the live view via laptop and Iphone. Any suggestions?

Start by removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing. If still not working, contact support:
