Motion detection not working

I recently purchased two camera pro set and motion detection and alerts were working great. Recently the motion detection stopped working and I noticed the running man on the ap is orange for both cameras. Is this correct or does is signify and error of some sort?

You might want to check the settings in Modes. I am a iOS user and had the same issue. I had to go into the web portal and set everything back. Afterwards, things have worked fine. A few others report the same issue. It seemed to only affect iOS users.

If iOS applies to you, make sure you have the latest app version installed and check your settings via the web portal.

A simple restart of the base may also clear your issue.

Maybe a power cycle of the base would help. What happens if you use a browser?
