Motion detection going off a 1%

The motion detector on one camera keeps going off....i have it set down to 1% and i still get email....and alerts. I have also turn the camera off and removed the battery.....i have had the Arlo pro system for about a month all good till today...any ideas?

Open and remove the battery.

Go to the settings for the PRO and use REMOVE DEVICE

replace battery

Bring back Camera as new ( will reset all to default )

 

Test again.... if trouble continues, contact Netgear Support

Also, make sure your sensitivity setting is the one in your modes/rules, not in Settings for motion detection testing.
