Motion delayed by 20 seconds

I have the Arlo Pro and have just set it up and I am noticing at times it can be about a 20 second delay is this because it’s wireless and is it due to internet speed and is there any way of fixing this?

20 second lag for recordings or for live view?  Either way, that's excessive.  What is your upload speed as measured by speedtest.net? Poor WiFi conection between the base and camera can also cause this.  Try bringing the camera close to the base and see if the same thing happens. If you have multiple cameras, swap them around to see if the issue stays with the camera or location.
