I do not have any active devices, I have no active plans, and I stopped using the service a year ago. I terminated everything I could find, and yet I'm still being charged a monthly charge, but customer service is only availale to custoemrs. How do I get a refund, and cancel, this lingering monthly charge???? Please someone call me.
