I tried several times today to use the VMC 3030 EOL Promo code in the email I got for 75% off a subscription  AEOL-9LC-MPR-XQG-*** only to continually get not a valid code; trying to sign up for a monthly plan. The discount won't apply at the checkout phase.  Please help since there is no phone contact at ARLO.

same, my camera code and code for cloud subscription does not work. it says "ITS INVALID" the email that i got today gives me the code but the fine print says it expired in July.
