Mobile phone i phone not discovering base

My base is connected to my router and is showing on the network . I’ve used the mobile Arlo App on my i phone but it’s not discovering the base. I’ve tried resetting I’ve pull out the cables and put them back in but it’s still not working. It’s an Arlo pro base station.

Thankyou so much went onto computer and then did a reset… managed to recognised base then logged in on my phone and I was connected. Been trying for 5 days without success but just from my phone.

Is the iPhone using the same wifi network that the base station is connected to, if unsure use a pc browser to login to the account using the arlo web portal my.arlo.com, needs to be on same network to be able to add the base.

Not sure why this seems to be case, it should work using the mobile app if connected to the same network wifi.
