How far away are the people?  Motion detection is 20-25 feet for most of the cameras.  They will often detect vehicles that are further away (though in my experience not as reliably as vehicles that are close).

The camera is in a tree less than 10 ft from the street. (Focused directly across the street) It gets cars driving by- but if I walk down the street- nothing!

Just to confirm - you are walking across the field of view on the same side of the street from the camera.  So less than 10 feet from the camera.

Are there any branches or leaves between the camera and the people?  If so, they might be blocking the PIR sensor (which is below the camera lens).

Have you tried using the motion detection test while walking across the field of view?

If you see "Library" in the app menu, use this guide:

If instead you see "Feed", use this one:

TY- I can try trimming some leaves that may be in the way….and I’ll check the app as you suggested!
