I have a system which was set up by a friend and I lost the passward. Now I couldn't reach my friend, can I just register a new account to reconnect my system? What are the process steps need to be done ?

In order to use a system on a new account, ALL devices must be removed from the account.
If you don't have the password, you can't do this WITHOUT Netgears assistance.... So you will have to contact Netgear directly to solve this issue
