Hi! I’ve lost contact with my Arlo cams in Apple Homekit.

Tried most tips.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thank you

Have you tried repairing to HomeKit? What is the error messaging you receive?

Hi!

When I go to settings to reinstall it says configure at the Homekit menu  (konfigurera in my local language).

Then the app says it*s identifying units and starts searching. Nothing more happens, it just keeps searching.

Firmware is updated, the network is the same, the Arlo app works fine, my Apple TV handles Homekit as it should, my Philips Hue works fine with HomeKit. The Atlo cams worked with HomeKit earlier.

Sorry, I was to quick there.

All the cameras are connected to HomeKit now.

But only the ones on my  WMB4000r3 works with HomeKit.

The two cameras I have on my VMB5000r4 show up in HomeKit now, but they do not answer according to HomeKit. They are there but without video.

Any suggestions? They work fine in the Arlo app.

Regards

Leif
