Hi All,

I have #3 Arlo pro cameras + ARLO Pro VMS4330 base station.

OLD UI

the Base station was inaccessible and From the app wasn't possible to access live videos.

NEW UI

So I've Updated the app on the iPhone 13, re-done the setup from scratch

added the base station, and then the 3 cameras but at the moment cameras are still not accessible.

I CAN'T SEE LIVE IMAGES.  The spinning icon keep spinning and at the end the interface doesn't react anymore to touch to retry.   I need to kill the app and relaunch again.

Really disappointing.

Does Arlo still support Arlo Pro e VMS4330 base station? In case not please let us know.

Any HELP/or suggestion?

thanks,

Ale.

Hi ,

It's Arlo Pro camera and the related base station still supported by Arlo ?

Can someone from Arlo reply to question?

here you can find a couple of screenshots:

MOBILE:

of the spinning icon. It tries to connect to live camera view without success.

After the end, it is impossible to retry on the same camera. it seems to be disabled and you need to kill anche re-launch the app.

Ale71,

Is it just one camera that you're experiencing this issue with or more than one? You might try removing and resyncing the camera, making sure the battery is fully charged and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
