My Arlo Pro system lost all data over the weekend. The base and all cameras were "lost" Had to add the base and now each camera. I have had this system for a few years and this is the first time this happens. No loss of internet connection at all at home. What happened? How can I prevent from happening again? Any help is much appreciated!

That is an odd issue. Have you tried contacting customer support regarding this issue? They may be able to look in to why this occurred. I have attached the link here for you - Arlo Tech Support

Thank you for your reply. I tried Chat but it did not go thru. I am going to try again, not urgent as I got the cameras back after adding the base station and pairing the cameras again but I will pursue. I'll post anything I find out here, cheers!
