Arlo Pro cameras with VMB4500 base station. I do not have a subscription, but motion detection feed was maintained on cloud for seven days since I installed about four years ago. I can manually record, and that shows up on feed (on app and web portal). Has the seven day cloud storage been terminated unless I have subscription?
MacOS, Firmware 1.25.01_4541_0201bb2 on base station. Firmware 1.125.17.1_11_de8490d for the cameras.

No, and you already proved that when you made the manual recording.
Have you tried doing anything to fix this issue (for example, power cycling the base station)?

When I get back to the base station location I am going to try that. Thank you.
